and fuzzy.

Birthday week in florals and ruffles.
It's been a busy few weeks and I am on the look out for another jacket and boots!
Found a grey frilled flowing jacket to get me through Autumn, waiting for the big thick, warm find.
So in pics this week, we have frilled t-shirts,dresses to be worn as jackets or belted
check, more paisley, dresses with shine and v necks, more stripes and spots, furry pink goodness, florals and clogs.
Enjoy. All courtesy of St. Vincent de Paul, Kingsland Road, E8. Stay tuned more to come next week, the piles are mounting.

The apple of my eye.
I have been on a big charity shop binge lately, filling up for the up coming cold, from frills, shirts to anything striped still and patterned. Long dresses, collared knitted jerseys to be worn as dresses and of course some shimmer and print.
But this weeks darlings are my apple dress, timely for the launch of that phone! Now to match with the leaves that are to come. St. Vincent de Paul, Kingsland Rd, £3.
The next is a bubble flowing skirt with button up front and billowing sides and a great autumn print. St. Vincent de Paul, £3.50

It was a very cold and busy day yesterday, and luckily I had this new favourite in my bag to put on when the doom of the Autumn breeze came in last night.

Let it pour-April 2012
In another day of rain, thunder and lightening, one must be prepared in more than a child's anorak. So in my cause for being dry I did a quick dash into the St. Vincent de Paul to grab a little relief. Here it is, my new rain proof grey jacket with buttons and blur race stripe trim. £3.

Today's Spring
Well it's been cold, and hot, and cold, so I realized what was missing the warmth of a Spring scarf that I had not work yet. Oh yes, I will be warm from now on thanks to my cow print cotton scarf to give me a snuggle. The Shop, Cheshire St, E2, £5.

Pre sun wear-March 2012
The sun is here and I have taken it as an opportunity to start wearing much less wool, and tights. One can only hope.
But I can still not go past a lovely jumper for when the cold is back or for those chilly nights ahead.
The jacket, this slightly deranged print trench coat is light for the sun days and for going into the early dewy evening.
Oxfam, Kingsland Road, E8, £5.
The shoes are a tribute to holidays and the glittery markets afar, with slight of heart patterns and gold, one can not go wrong. Slip these on and sip. Gift.
The jumper, with its fluffiness and triangular prints will take me nicely into next season.
Salvation Army, $10.

Spring styles
I have just got back from the other side of the world and have been trying to keep away from the second hand shops, due to a want of not having to carry anymore stuff. I need to slim down the wardrobe. But on a sunny day with some old friends I found a couple of friends to help me through the Spring days that are to come. Salvation Army, Ghuznee Street, Wellington, New Zealand.
Skirt, $6
Shoes $6

January-Pre,Collars, shoulder and crochet
The joy of having Monday's off is the chance to pop into my new favourite local charity shop in Clapton, and hope for the best. Today was a good day. Here are a few pieces I picked up for the upcoming months and into the new!
This lovely crochet dress that has a lovely orange stripe at top and tail will be a lovely summer light dress for an upcoming trip and for a lovely skirt under all the woolly layers I seem to still have to wear. £7.
The creme long sleeved top will be warm and has lovely detail around the neck and leads to a lovely v onto the body. Snug and smooth. £3.
As it's still jumper time, this printed, roll neck with high shoulder action, and a strong print will be a regular comfortable fixture. £3.
Lastly this grey coat dress was taken out for a dance on Saturday, and took the night by storm, it has a great collar, buttons down the front and a stripe through it. It also has the up and coming big shoulder we will all be sporting soon. Worn with a belt, this dress means business. £5.
